We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. This policy outlines the estimated delivery timelines for our standard shipping option. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

Domestic Orders: Allow 8-10 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Customers have a two-day window from the delivery date to request a replacement only if the product is defected. 

To qualify, adhere to the following guidelines:

Replacement:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, submit an unboxing video to 8artskins@gmail.com. (Unboxing video is mandatory.)
- For issues like improper fit or inaccurate cutting, provide a
skin-application video. Send the video to 8artskins@gmail.com.

Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours, and you'll receive a replacement within 7 working days.

Cancellation:
We do not accept cancellations after orders are placed.
Incorrect Product Ordered / Incorrect Address or Phone Number:
- If you've ordered the wrong product, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Changes cannot be made once the order is shipped, and ∞ skins is not responsible for replacements or refunds for incorrectly ordered products.
- If the address, Pincode, or phone number is incorrect, the product won't be delivered and will be returned. 

Customers must cover return
shipping costs of Rs. 100. Upon receiving the product, the amount will be reimbursed.
